Our Metuchen OfficeIn a society where objects are disposable and people are dispensable, The Samuel Tepp Company prides itself on mutual respect both for its employees and its customers. The company's history of more than 40 years in business attests to that philosophy. Although we have grown in size and number of employees, our main goal is still to provide our customers with the best in quality products, customer service, and loyalty. We pride ourselves on our personal commitment to our customers and their knowledge that "we will go that extra mile." Our company has a long standing relationship with engineering and architectural firms both locally and interstate. We endeavor to cover our territory to provide bids and design/build assistance to our customers.

In 1959, Samuel and Miriam Tepp founded The Samuel Tepp Company, Inc. in the basement of their Metuchen, New Jersey home. In 1965, Barry Tepp joined the firm and shortly afterward, the business outgrew its humble beginnings and moved to larger quarters in Metuchen.

When Sam passed away in 1968, Barry entered into a partnership with Vincent Hawkins that was to last almost 30 years. They attributed this longevity to a business relationship based on trust, honesty and loyalty. These values have become our foundation.

As the company's product offerings expanded, Barry and Vince moved to the company's present location at 11 Leonard Street, Metuchen. In 1988, Barry's wife, Leda, became the office manager/bookkeeper, and Vince retired in 1995.

In 2007 Barry Tepp retired selling the Samuel Tepp Company to long time employees Paul Cenci and Brian England. Paul and Brian continue the almost 50 year tradition with The Samuel Tepp Associates. LLC.
