Paul Cenci is one of the partner owners of Samuel Tepp Associates, LLC. After graduating from Pratt Institute in 1986 Paul's engineering career began at Gibbs and Cox, Marine Architects and Naval Engineers. He worked on the HVAC system design for the USS Arleigh Burke DDG-51, first of the Aegis Class Destroyers. In 1988 Paul joined Plasse Industrial, the first Greenheck Representative in New York, working with Herman Plasse. In 1990 he joined Air Distribution Enterprises in New York. Paul obtained his New York P.E. license in 1998 and joined Samuel Tepp not long after. He has extensive experience in HVAC system design, industrial fan construction and acoustics. Paul continues to provide technical assistance and training for building owners and consulting engineers, as well as provide direct customer sales support.
PRINCIPAL - BRIAN ENGLAND - Email Brian
Serving Bergen, Passaic, and Sussex Counties in New Jersey and Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester Counties in New York.
Brian England is one of the partner owners of Samuel Tepp Associates, LLC. Brian's engineering career started in United States Naval Nuclear Power with formal education including fluid dynamics, heat transfer, materials, reactor principles and electrical theory. He served aboard the USS Florida SSBN-728, as well as at Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit, Ballston Spa, NY. He was a certified instructor training prospective nuclear power plant operators, and continuing education and training for staff instructors. After leaving the U.S. Navy in 1997 he worked for the United McGill Corporation until joining Samuel Tepp in early 2000. He has extensive experience with mechanical systems, fluid/air flow and acoustics. As a volunteer firefighter in Northvale, NJ he also has experience and training in fire protection and life safety. Brian continues to provide technical assistance and training for building owners and consulting engineers, as well as provide direct customer sales support.
ENGINEERING SERVICES - KEITH MILLER - Email Keith
Keith Miller's engineering career spans 43 years in the jet engine and HVAC industries. His initial engineering activity as a jet engine performance engineer included conducting tests and analyzing test results for experimental and production military and commercial engines. His activity in the HVAC industry over the last 36 years includes 26 years as the president of a design/build/service mechanical contracting firm specializing in medical and industrial testing laboratories, industrial facilities, and data centers. His experience includes design, construction and service oversight of packaged and built up chilled water and direct expansion air and water cooled air conditioning systems, hot water, steam heating systems and the air distribution and controls associated with them. Currently, Keith provides advisory services in the HVAC industry in the areas of mechanical equipment selection, air distribution design and evaluation of problem air and water systems. He also conducts educational seminars for industry associations and for consulting engineering offices on the selection, application, and control of air moving and air distribution equipment.

Mark started with Samuel Tepp in 1998 after leaving the United States Air Force. He has 13 years of hands-on experience with Air Distribution products.
